At VitaVault, every console we sell is carefully tested and refurbished before it reaches you. We stand behind our products with a clear and simple warranty so you can shop with complete confidence.
🛡️ 30-Day Warranty Included — Every VitaVault console comes with a 30-day warranty covering hardware defects and issues present at the time of delivery. If something goes wrong, we'll fix it — no hassle.
1. What Our Warranty Covers
Our 30-day warranty covers the following issues if they occur within 30 days of delivery:
- Hardware defects present at the time of delivery
- Console not powering on or turning off unexpectedly
- Screen defects (dead pixels, lines, flickering) not caused by physical damage
- Buttons or controls not functioning correctly
- Battery not holding charge as expected
- Wi-Fi or Bluetooth not working
- Charging port not functioning
- Custom firmware (CFW) issues pre-installed by VitaVault
- Missing accessories that were listed as included
- Item received does not match the description or color ordered
❌ Not Covered: Physical damage caused by the customer (cracked screen, water damage, bent casing), damage from unauthorized repairs or modifications, normal wear and tear, and issues arising after 30 days of delivery.
2. What Is Not Covered
The following are excluded from our warranty:
- Physical damage caused by dropping, impact, or mishandling
- Water or liquid damage
- Damage caused by unauthorized repair attempts by the customer
- Software issues caused by customer modifications or incorrect firmware flashing
- Cosmetic wear such as minor scratches on casing (disclosed in product listing)
- Issues arising from use outside of normal operating conditions
- Accessories (cables, SD cards) after 14 days of delivery
- Claims submitted after 30 days of the delivery date
3. How Our Warranty Works
Making a warranty claim is simple. Here's what to do:

Email support@vitavault.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
Send Photos or Video
Attach photos or a short video showing the issue. This helps us diagnose the problem quickly and speeds up your resolution.
We Review Your Claim
Our team will review your claim within 24–48 hours and confirm if it is covered under warranty.
We Make It Right
Depending on the issue, we will either send a free replacement console or issue a full refund. Return shipping costs are covered by us for all valid warranty claims.
4. Warranty Resolution Options
If your warranty claim is approved, we offer the following resolutions:
Free Replacement
We send you a brand new replacement console of the same model, storage, and color at no cost to you.
Full Refund
We issue a complete refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Return Shipping Covered
For all valid warranty claims, VitaVault covers the cost of return shipping 100%.
Fast Resolution
We aim to resolve all warranty claims within 48–72 hours of receiving your request.
5. Pre-Sale Quality Checks
Every VitaVault console goes through a rigorous quality control process before shipping:

- ✅ Battery health checked and optimised
- ✅ Custom firmware (CFW) installed and verified

- ✅ Console cleaned and sanitised before packing
6. Warranty Period
📅 The 30-day warranty period begins on the date your order is delivered as confirmed by the tracking carrier. Please keep your order confirmation email and tracking information as proof of delivery date.
7. Important Notes
- Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser
- We reserve the right to request the return of the defective item before issuing a replacement or refund
- VitaVault is not the manufacturer of the PS Vita hardware — our warranty covers our refurbishment and modding work
- This warranty does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws
