At VitaVault, we want your console to reach you as fast as possible and in perfect condition. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.
π Free Worldwide Shipping β We ship to every country in the world, completely free of charge on every order. No minimum order required.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are carefully inspected, packed, and dispatched from our warehouse within:
β‘ 1β2 Business Days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to track your order at any time.
Order Confirmed
You receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase.
Order Dispatched
Within 1β2 business days you receive a shipping email with your tracking number.
Track Your Order
Use your tracking number to follow your package. You can also track via our Order Tracking page.
Delivered!
Your console arrives safely at your door, fully packed and ready to play.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
VitaVault ships internationally. Depending on your country, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by your local customs authority.
- These charges are the responsibility of the customer
- We have no control over customs fees and cannot predict what they may be
- We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering if you are unsure
- Refusing a package due to customs fees does not qualify for a refund of shipping costs
5. Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. VitaVault is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
- If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately at support@vitavault.com
- We can only update the address if the order has not yet been dispatched
- Once dispatched, we cannot redirect the package
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package:
- Check with neighbors or building management in case it was left with them
- Check all possible delivery locations around your property
- Wait 2β3 business days as packages are sometimes marked delivered early
- Contact your local post office with your tracking number
- If still unresolved, contact us at support@vitavault.com and we will open a case with the carrier
π¦ If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will either send a replacement or issue a full refund β your choice.
7. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged during shipping:
- Take photos or a video of the damaged packaging and item immediately
- Contact us within of delivery at support@vitavault.com
- We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund including return shipping
