1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Β Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Console must be in the same condition as received
  • All original accessories included (USB cable, SD card, adapter)
  • Not physically damaged by the customer (cracked screen, broken buttons, water damage)

❌ Non-returnable items: Items that have been physically damaged by the customer, or items returned after 30 days of delivery, are not eligible for a refund.

2. How to Start a Return

Starting a return is simple. Just follow these steps:

Contact Us

Email us at support@vitavault.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours.

Get Return Approval

Once approved, we'll send you a return confirmation and our return shipping address.

Ship the Item Back

Pack the console safely and ship it back to us. We recommend using a tracked shipping service so your return doesn't get lost.

Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 5 business days:

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged during shipping. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at support@vitavault.com with a photo of the damage and your order number.

If you'd like a different color or storage size, we recommend returning your original item and placing a new order.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or not working as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will either:

  • Send you a free replacement console, or
  • Issue a full refund including return shipping costs

Please include photos or a short video of the issue when contacting us β€” this helps us resolve your case faster.

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or wrong item received: We cover return shipping costs 100%
  • Change of mind returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

8. Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order for a full refund as long as it has not yet been dispatched. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days.

To cancel, email us immediately at support@vitavault.com with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must go through the standard return process.
